Inlaid text & logos · two-part STL · ready to print
Two-colour print. Load the plate and the inlay file together and keep both at the origin — they are cut from the same coordinates, so they drop straight into each other. Assign a different filament to each.
One filament. Print the plate on its own and fill the recesses with paint, epoxy or resin once it is off the bed.
Logos. Any PNG, JPG or SVG works. High-contrast artwork with solid shapes gives the best result; fine hairlines thinner than about 1 mm will not survive the inlay.
